Peninsula Family Chiropractic Care participates with most insurance companies. For your convenience, we will verify your insurance coverage and bill your insurance company on your behalf. Please be prepared to provide a copy of your health insurance card prior to services. You may also need to provide insurance forms supplied by your employer or insurance company.
Uninsured Patients
For patients without health insurance, we offer affordable rates and flexible payment plans allowing you and your family access to quality care. If paying out of pocket, you may use cash or check to pay for treatment.
Patient Changes
If you are a current patient, please inform us if your personal or insurance information has changed since your last visit.
